It is a poster for a story my friend is writing called Mortus: Humanity's Extinction. The Godzilla look-alike is Mortus, and the flying monster is called a Xiordian.

It is very good, the colours are quite bright and distract the picture a bit, but other than that very good (the face scares me a bit) :)
